Privacy Policy
This policy explains what NextIS (nextis.pro, the web app and the desktop app) collects, why, who helps us process it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the service.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, name, avatar, language and time zone. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; we don't store passwords.
- What you put into a Space: Missions, tasks, comments, messages, chats with agents, files, time entries, hourly rates, invoices, schedules and settings. This is your content; you and your Space decide what goes in.
- What agents do: the prompts and context sent to AI models for your agents, their answers, and the tokens and cost of each piece of work.
- Billing: your plan, seats and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
- Technical data: the session cookie that keeps you signed in, and server logs (IP address, browser, times of requests) kept for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To provide the service: show your Spaces, run your agents, send sign-in codes, invitations and notifications.
- To bill for paid plans and keep the number of seats right.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't use your content to train AI models.
Who helps us
We share data with these providers only as far as each needs it to do its part:
- Anthropic (Claude): AI models that answer for your agents. The text and files your agents work with are sent to the model.
- Backblaze B2: storage for the files you upload and the files agents make.
- Polar: payments and subscriptions, as merchant of record.
- Resend: sign-in codes, invitations and other emails.
- Google Fonts: the typefaces of the website and the app, loaded from Google's servers.
- Our hosting provider: the servers and database the service runs on.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account and Spaces exist. When you delete content, it's gone from the service; when a Space is deleted, its content is deleted with it. Server logs are kept for a limited time. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can see and change your profile in the app, and export or delete your content. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we process it, by writing to support@nextis.pro. If you're in the EU, the UK or Ukraine, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

We use one cookie, to keep you signed in, and store a few preferences on your device. See Cookie settings.
Children
NextIS is for work and isn't meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
