Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and NextIS for using nextis.pro, the web app and the desktop app. By creating an account or using NextIS, you agree to them.
Your account
You need an email address you can receive mail at. Keep access to it safe: whoever can read your email can sign in as you. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Spaces and the people in them
A Space belongs to its owner, who decides who joins it and what each person may do. If you join someone else's Space, its owner and admins can see and manage what you add to it, and may remove you.
Your content
What you and your Space put into NextIS stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and show it, and to send it to the providers named in the Privacy Policy, only as far as needed to run the service for you. Make sure you have the right to upload what you upload.
AI agents
Agents answer with AI models. Their work can be wrong, incomplete or out of date: review it before you rely on it, especially for anything legal, financial, medical or safety-related. You decide what agents may do and which services they connect to, and you're responsible for actions you approve.
Acceptable use
Don't use NextIS to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including intellectual property and privacy;
- send spam, malware or anything meant to harm people, systems or the service;
- get around limits, access controls or security, or overload the service;
- resell the service or build a competing one from it without our written permission.
Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed per seat, for each person in the Space, monthly or yearly in advance, through our payment provider Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Seats follow the people in the Space and are prorated. You can cancel any time; the plan stays until the end of the period you paid for. Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change reaches your next bill.
Availability
We work to keep NextIS running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available or free of errors. Keep copies of anything you can't afford to lose.
Liability
As far as the law allows, NextIS isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using NextIS and delete your Spaces at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect; using NextIS after that means you accept the new terms.
